In order for parents to secure a place at AL IMAN INSTITUTE, we strongly recommend that parents call the Institute to make a registration appointment with the Institute Manager.  It is imperative that you bring along with you the children you wish to register.  This is to ensure we can assess them according to their aptitude in Arabic & Tajweed and also so that they can meet their prospective class teacher and class fellows. 

At the meeting we will ask you to fill in our application form and we will go through the following:

• background information of the Institute
• the Term Dates and Holidays Calendar
• the syllabus and program of study
• the textbooks and workbooks and their cost
• the membership fee structure
• the Student Handbook and important policies
• assessment of student to place in correct grade
• tour of premises

Your child will then have a Free Assessment to gauge their level of Tajweed for Arabic Lessons.  You will be informed of the result of the assessment and the grade we intend to enroll your child in.

We will then introduce you to the admin team, give you a tour of the classrooms and premises, where there will be an opportunity for you to meet your child’s class teachers.

We will then finalise the admission, you will get an opportunity to make any necessary purchases from the inhouse book shop.  You will be given a start date for your child and we will usually expect them to see them the following Saturday, at 9.50am ready to join their class on time.
